1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bq77" means the online platform operated at bq77.io, including all casino, sportsbook, and account management services accessible through that domain.
• "Platform" means the bq77 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated software through which services are delivered.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered a bq77 account or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account through which a Player accesses the Platform and conducts transactions.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, confirmed bonus credits, and pending winnings held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive granted by bq77 under stated conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means know-your-customer identity verification carried out by bq77 in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all date and time references in these Terms & Conditions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on the Platform, accessing any service offered by bq77, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding contract between you and bq77.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if you hold an Account, request its closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms issued at the time of an offer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policy, these Terms & Conditions take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bq77 will request documentary proof of age at registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle. Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds held in the Account will be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Availability

bq77 is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. bq77 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any jurisdiction other than those in which the Platform is made available.

3.3 Capacity

You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Accounts may not be created on behalf of another individual, a legal entity, a trust, or any other organisation. Corporate accounts are not permitted.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one active Account on the Platform at any time. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bq77 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate Account at its sole discretion and to void all transactions, bonuses, and winnings associated with the duplicate Account.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and the payment method(s) you intend to use. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bq77 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal request. Verification may also be requested at other stages, including following large deposits or unusual account activity. You agree to provide, on request and without undue delay, any of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership or control of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account details matching your registered name).
• Any additional documentation reasonably required by bq77 to satisfy its KYC or anti-money-laundering obligations.

Failure to provide the requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4.4 Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied and after any applicable bonus restrictions have been assessed.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party and must not allow any third party to access or use your Account. All activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use is deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether that activity was actually performed by you.

bq77 strongly recommends enabling two-step verification via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. While bq77 takes reasonable technical measures to protect Account security, it cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorised access resulting from the Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.

In the event you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bq77 immediately at [email protected]. bq77 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the Account pending the outcome of that investigation. bq77 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Player failed to report the breach promptly or failed to maintain adequate credential security.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bq77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own name. Third-party payments — deposits from or withdrawals to an account not belonging to the registered Player — are not permitted under any circumstances.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Individual transaction limits and daily aggregate limits apply to each payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may be adjusted by bq77 from time to time and may differ by payment method and account tier.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed only after all applicable KYC checks have been completed. Standard withdrawal requests submitted to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours (BST). Card withdrawals may take between 3 and 7 business days depending on the issuing bank. bq77 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where unusual account activity is under investigation.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bq77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion required by the Player's payment provider is the sole responsibility of the Player.

6.5 Anti-Money Laundering

bq77 operates in compliance with anti-money-laundering principles. Deposited funds must originate from legitimate sources. bq77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or series of deposits that triggers its internal monitoring thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the freezing or return of funds and the closure of the Account.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. These include, without limitation, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits for use, and maximum withdrawal amounts attributable to bonus-funded winnings. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the terms of any offer before opting in.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted). Wagers placed on certain games or at certain stake levels may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.3 Abuse and Misuse

bq77 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has abused or attempted to abuse the promotion system. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: low-margin wagering solely to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and patterns of stake placement inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling. Accounts identified as engaging in systematic bonus abuse may be permanently closed.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

bq77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its amendment or withdrawal will be subject to the terms in force at the time of their opt-in, except where the amendment is made for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, in which case the amended terms apply immediately.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on the Platform are subject to bq77's sports betting rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, postponement procedures, and the handling of disputed results. Bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding result settlement, the decision of bq77's trading team is final, subject to the complaints procedure in clause 14.

8.2 Casino Games

Casino games on the Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, return-to-player percentage, and payout logic, which are disclosed within the game interface. 8.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical fault, connectivity interruption, or software malfunction that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game round, bq77 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. bq77 is not liable for any losses arising from technical faults outside its direct control, including failures of the Player's internet connection or device.

8.4 Obvious Errors

bq77 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error — for example, odds resulting from a pricing feed malfunction or a data entry error — regardless of whether those bets have been confirmed by the system. Winnings generated from obviously erroneous odds will not be paid. Where possible, bq77 will notify affected Players promptly and return stakes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets, interact with the Platform, or circumvent security or access controls.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or in individual game engines to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market (arbitrage betting) in a manner designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, where such activity is identified as system exploitation rather than legitimate hedging.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially illicit activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, or registering after a self-exclusion request has been processed.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bq77 support staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, probe, or test the security or infrastructure of the Platform without explicit written authorisation from bq77.

10 Responsible Gaming

bq77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players directly from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. A reduction in limit takes effect immediately; an increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly loss caps. Governed by the same timing rules as deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session duration limits that log the Player out upon expiry.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which no deposits or wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary, permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

11 Intellectual Property

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of bq77.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used on the Platform under licence. These studios retain all rights in their respective game software, audio, and visual assets.

12 Limitation of Liability

bq77's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bq77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services within it. bq77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits bq77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bq77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bq77 will provide Players with at least 14 calendar days' notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to the Player's Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment by contacting [email protected]. Closing your Account for this reason will not result in forfeiture of any verified balance, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between you and bq77, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected], providing a clear description of the issue, the relevant date(s), and any supporting documentation. bq77 aims to resolve all complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.

bq77 maintains an internal escalation procedure for complaints that are not resolved at first contact. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by bq77's support team, you may request escalation to bq77's compliance team by stating this clearly in your written communication.

bq77 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than those in which it operates. Players who access the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and at their own risk.
